Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for executing operational components of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, generating offer documents, and managing pre-boarding documentation.

You will provide support to new colleagues and hiring managers, ensuring they have access to necessary tools, technologies, and personnel. Additionally, you will take ownership of assigned tasks and tickets, resolving them efficiently with high-quality results.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage internal and external communications effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.

We are looking for a self-starter who can anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities with tight timelines. The ideal candidate will be able to work as both a team player and independent contributor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute key operational components of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide onboarding support and coordination for new colleagues and hiring managers
  • Take ownership of all recruitment and onboarding administration assigned tasks and tickets
  • Ensure process alignment to country legal and privacy-related requirements
  • Post campaigns to job boards, as directed
  • Provide relevant interview, offer, and onboarding guides, checklists, tools, and templates
  • Participate in process design testing and support global implementation for new integrated technologies and process solutions
  • Support achievement of GBS goals in delivering operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and driving an exceptional culture

Requirements:

  • High School/Secondary Education
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to resolve issues
  • 1+ years of professional experience in customer service or similar positions
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance
  • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities with tight timelines
  • Perform both as a team player and independent contributor
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure work is thorough and accurate
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Advanced verbal & written fluency in English
