**Job Description**

About the Position

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent required; higher education a plus
  • Excellent English language skills (B2+ level or higher)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Immediacy of availability for training and onboarding
