We are looking for an experienced Atlassian administrator to join our team at Ex2 Outcoding. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Atlassian environments, including Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and maintaining Atlassian environments, including Jira and Confluence
  • Integrating Atlassian tools with other internal and external systems
  • Installing and configuring JIRA / Confluence Suite utilities plug-in
  • Creating permission schemes to restrict users in project level
  • Implementing plugins for auto sign-in based on business requirements
  • Planning, implementing, documenting, and administering configuration management across multiple projects
  • Designing and creating project spaces in Confluence
  • Creating filters as per user requirements
  • Coordinating with various teams, including DBA, development, and build teams
  • Migrating multiple Jira instances
  • Configuring Field configurations, Notification schemes, Screen Schemes, Permission Schemes in Jira Projects
  • Building and designing Kanban boards
  • Integrating JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket for User management and Issues/Pages sharing

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) administrator
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant field
  • English speaking skills
  • Certification in Jira/Confluence a plus
  • Agile SDLC experience
