Your Mission
In this role, your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of inbound calls. You'll be responsible for assisting with customer move-ins, move-outs, and payment processing, as well as providing clear, persuasive information about our storage solutions to potential customers. You'll also use active listening to resolve customer concerns and provide positive outcomes, maintaining accurate records in the CRM and building lasting customer relationships that support business growth.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of call center experience, with a focus on inbound calls. You'll also need strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers, as well as high attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities. Critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach are also essential, as is availability to work weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) and within US time zones. An internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
