Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our Analytical Consulting team at Clarity Services within Experian. This role involves delivering in-depth analyses to support core clients, working closely with sales teams to extract relevant data, and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
You'll be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, gathering and analyzing data, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and proactively identifying solutions to drive business growth. This is a hands-on analytical role in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORTING PROJECTS TO DRIVE DIRECT REVENUE GROWTH
- MANAGING PROJECTS EFFECTIVELY WITH TIMELY AND ACCURATE DELIVERABLES
- ANALYZING TRENDS, PATTERNS, AND RELATIONSHIPS IN DATA TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC INSIGHTS
- PROCESSING CLIENT AND INTERNAL DATA FOR ANALYSES WHILE MAINTAINING HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS
- CREATING PRESENTATIONS AND DASHBOARDS TO INTERPRET STATISTICAL ANALYSES AND DEMONSTRATE BUSINESS INSIGHTS TO CROSS-FUNCTIONAL AUDIENCES
- DESIGNING, BUILDING, AND OVERSEEING IMPLEMENTATION OF LOGISTIC MODELS AND MACHINE LEARNING MODELS WHILE WORKING CLOSELY WITH BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY STAKEHOLDERS
- PROVIDING SUPPORT ON SPECIAL PROJECTS ASSIGNED BY THE DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
Requirements and Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Math, or another quantitative discipline, with 2-5 years of experience conducting analyses, building predictive models, and providing insights using large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with programming knowledge in SAS, R, and/or Python, and experience with SQL and relational databases.
Apart from these requirements, it's desirable to have an advanced degree in Statistics, Applied Math, or another quantitative discipline, experience with machine learning models, and expertise in business Intelligence/data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
