Regional Policy Analyst for Pharmaceutical Speaker Programs

The Senior Analyst for the Meetings, External Engagements, & Travel (MEET) Speaker Program and Policy Operations in LATAM will play a pivotal role in shaping the Regional Speaker Program framework. This individual will be responsible for conducting needs assessments for all markets in LATAM, ensuring timely completion of operational requirements for local speaker programs. The senior analyst will drive process enhancements through innovation and leverage technology to support scalability.
This position will collaborate with MEET teams, Corporate Compliance, Legal, Audit, Finance, and Business Leadership. As part of the team, the Regional Policy Analyst will maintain local speaker program policy requirements for all LATAM markets, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain local speaker program policy requirements for all LATAM markets
- Support annual updates of local requirements on the Country Annex Portal in collaboration with Compliance
- Provide primary support for local policy questions and interpretation for in-scope markets
- Consult with Global Policy Owner and Risk Owner on policy-related matters
- Assist in remediation of audit findings relating to speaker program requirements in LATAM
- Cordinate change management and communications for all LATAM markets
- Conduct the annual Speaker Program Needs Assessment (SPNA) process for all LATAM markets
- Develop and customize local speaker program training materials
- Accountable for supporting policy requirements within markets
- Lead efforts to establish local monitoring programs and conduct periodic level 1 oversight
- Support audit readiness and implement Regional governance frameworks

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management, compliance, and customer-focused operations

- Familiarity with data analytics and ability to action data to mitigate compliance risk
- Understanding of the technology landscape that supports MEET
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for all levels of management
- High self-motivation, energy, and flexibility
