At Zm Financial Systems, we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment. As our Sustainability Analyst, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental footprint.

We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in sustainability initiatives. Your expertise will help us identify opportunities to improve our environmental performance, develop and implement sustainable practices, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of our environmental sustainability strategy
  • Conducting research to stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with internal partners to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and implementing programs to reduce waste, energy consumption, and other negative environmental impacts

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, business, or engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in sustainability, preferably with a focus on environmental impact
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
