Job Description

This is a mid-senior level position within Citi Global Sourcing, reporting directly to the Contract Remediation and Assurance Senior Vice President.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that provides day-to-day management support globally, as well as project and program management responsibilities.

Duties include:

  • Managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
  • Ensuring compliance with sourcing legal engagement and contract disposition processes
  • Providing guidance and training for sourcing managers and business users
  • Developing staff to take on more senior roles

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of key commercial and legal contract terms and conditions
  • Strong relationship management and contractual management skills
  • Excellent oral and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to engage and persuade managers and executives
