Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and travel expense management, with experience leading teams and implementing process improvements. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform transactions related to travel expense reports, credit card administration, and shopping carts creation.
  • Maintain metrics and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Check and approve complex travel expense reports, handle employee inquiries, and follow up on failed expense payments.
  • Ensure performance meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve productivity and service quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Financial accounting and internal control knowledge.
  • Experience with Concur Travel Expense Report and Shared Service Center for multi-national corporations.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and oral presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with analytical skills.
