The Role
This position will report to and work closely with our Senior Compliance Analyst based in the United Kingdom. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and completing KYC onboarding requests in a timely manner.
- Responding to external counterparty KYC requests.
- Creating data setup requests for new counterparties and counterparty data updates.
- Implementing sanctions screening programs and addressing results as necessary.
- Maintaining onboarding shared outlook mailbox by responding timely with accurate information to both external and internal customers.
Key Requirements
Advanced English fluency is essential. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a relevant field of study is required, while a Master's Degree or other relevant compliance credentials are highly desirable. The ideal candidate must possess unquestioned ethics and professionalism when handling privileged and confidential information. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills, particularly excellent business writing and presentation skills, are also necessary.
