We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Reporting Specialist to join our team at 360Training in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting students' course completion credit hours to regulators, ensuring compliance with reporting schedules and SOPs.

The role involves managing customer issues related to licensing, certification, and continuing education, resolving escalated reporting issues, and maintaining good business relationships with the State Department and other departments within the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running Power Query reports according to the provided schedule and saving them online for backup and audit purposes.
  • Submitting students' course information (credit hours) to regulators and maintaining accurate records.
  • Following strict guidelines from the State department on reporting credits and updating the reporting process manuals accordingly.
  • Conducting periodic audits of reported course completions to ensure all students are accounted for.
  • Contacting customers directly when required for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborating with various departments to resolve reporting-related issues or enhance and upgrade reporting tools.
  • Maintaining credit card transaction records and receipts for payments made to regulators for reporting purposes.
  • Handling reporting issues independently and escalating them according to department SOPs.
  • Developing an understanding of advanced Excel and Power Query use on a case-by-case basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar industry. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced spreadsheet use, and have excellent communication skills.

Additionally, you should be highly organized, result-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt to change. Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed are essential for completing projects successfully. As a team player, you should be able to coordinate with cross-cultural teams and maintain healthy working relationships with international staff and state regulators.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
