Global Pricing Strategist

Copeland is a leading global company with a rich history of innovation and transformation. As a Global Pricing Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and profitability plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing initiatives that support Copeland's business objectives. This includes monitoring market dynamics, analyzing customer behavior, and identifying opportunities to maximize price realization.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
• Developing and executing annual global price plans
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess current pricing strategies and implement improvements
• Leveraging data analytics to inform customer segmentation and pricing decisions
• Deploying tools to ensure consistent implementation of pricing policies globally
• SUPPORTING negotiations and price management for long-term contracts
• Ensuring the sales channel has the necessary training and tools to improve price realization

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
• A minimum of years of experience in BB marketing or pricing analytics
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, organizational, project management, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Travel availability - %
