As a Global Pricing Strategist, you will play a vital role in driving Emerson's growth and profitability plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing Strategy Development: Establish strategies to maximize price realization for Branson products globally.
• Price Plan Execution: Own the development and execution of Branson's annual global price plan.
• Pricing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with key functions to assess current product and aftermarket pricing strategies and implement plans to address gaps or optimization opportunities.
• Customer Segmentation: Leverage historical sales data to support customer segmentation strategies.
• Pricing Policy Implementation: Deploy and drive the adoption of tools that ensure consistent implementation of pricing and discount policies globally.
• Negotiation Support: Support negotiations and price management for long-term contracts.
• Training and Tools: Ensure the sales channel has the training and tools required to improve price realization.

About This Role:

You will be responsible for leading strategic pricing initiatives to support business growth and profitability. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of pricing analytics and be able to develop and execute global pricing strategies. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering is required, along with at least years of experience in BB marketing or pricing analytics.

This position comes with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
