About the Role

As a Bilingual (French/English) Call Center Agent, you'll play a vital role in our customer service team, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and guidance. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission of providing outstanding service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate payment terms and arrangements as needed, upholding our company's standards of excellence.
  • Update customer files with accurate and relevant information, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Employ your problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or related field, preferably with a focus on customer service.
