Financial Controller

This position is responsible for the day-to-day financial analysis and forecasting activities required to support the Costa Rica site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing teams and implementing financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects related to the site Overhead spending and accounting, create the forecasts and budgets, and create the necessary controls to achieve the financial commitments.
- Manage all necessary accruals to guarantee the completeness of the financial results.
- Deliver accurate and informative monthly reporting to Senior Financial and Operational Management in a timely manner, providing insight to actuals and variances to budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate the timely completion of budgets and forecast, ensuring bottom-up details are collated, submitted, and reported in line with issued guidelines and deadlines.
- Manage and control the CAPEX investment for the CMS CR plant, ensuring accurate capture of capital expenses in line with corporate policies.
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree with major in Accounting (or related business major) from an accredited college or university.
- Must have a CPA or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams.
