Sales Performance Specialist

Job Description: The primary goal of this role is to sell coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will work closely with our teams to achieve this objective, utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to secure deals.
Responsibilities: Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Starting new conversations on social media
- Follow-ups to engage potential clients
- Organic account growth to increase visibility
- Closing sales by negotiating coaching programs
Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you need excellent English language skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in sales is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
