Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Management: Lead and develop a team of 15-25 associates, responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination, and evaluation of the team.
  • Project Management and Communication: Identify customer impacting issues and implement solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Manage key stakeholders both internal and external, partnering with them for process enhancement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer service or a related field.
  • HR contact center preferred.
  • PHR, GPHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Ability to handle projects using the Project Management principles and methodology.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
