Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive the development of our customer service strategy. As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support agents and ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer support agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, quality control, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Strong leadership and management skills
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably as a team lead or supervisor
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and problem solve quickly and effectively
