About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Marriott Worldwide. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room assignments
  • Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
