Job Overview
This role is part of our Azure Platform Technical Support (APTS) team, which provides expert technical support to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients. You will work with customers to resolve complex technical issues related to the Azure cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to resolve complex technical cases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas requiring expertise.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT or technical work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of TS Tools, Task Manager, Regedit, and .har files.
- Familiarity with network connectivity.
