Job Summary
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Costa Rica, with a unique work schedule of 4 days per 10 hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing foundational HR administration skills to individuals new to Human Resources while elevating and expanding the career of experienced HR administration professionals.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Solving unique challenges and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
- Providing support to our day-to-day operations and helping to deliver an experience where Associates can bring their best selves to work
- Ensuring compliance with global organizational demands and business needs
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives to drive business results
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, and/or back-office compliance-related environments
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (B2+ level or higher)
- Experience in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- University technical/bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
