**We are seeking a Full-Time Contractor to be our Recruiting Assistant Manager (Bilingual).
**
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Reviewing resumes.
- Interviewing.
- Onboarding and Offboarding.
- HR software.
- Implement new sourcing methods.
- Research and choose job advertising options.
- Stay up-to-date on regulations on handling contractors in the different locations.
WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruiter.
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants.
- Knowledge of sourcing in different locations.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases.
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Great English level.
