We are seeking a skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our Microsoft Accounts Team. In this role, you will develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize customer investments in Microsoft technology.
Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to align commercial strategy to their needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to determine how commercial licensing and contracting can be optimized.
- Drive accountability in resolving cross-functional issues to a successful conclusion.
You will work closely with internal sales and management teams to optimize the sales process for the right level of investment and customization. This includes crafting deals that will process, including any standard or custom amendments and documentation.
In addition, you will leverage internal resources to assist with customer queries regarding contract terms. You will finalize legal amendments reflecting operational and other requirements, and handle objections and negotiate contractual amendments within empowerment.
