About This Job

This role is for a Guest Service Expert at Residence Inn San Jose Escazu, where you will be part of a talented team dedicated to providing warm and inviting hospitality to our guests. Our hotel offers spacious suites with full kitchens, perfect for business and leisure travelers alike. Whether you're staying for a night or a week, you'll enjoy the comforts of home and the legendary Residence Inn service culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Marriott's high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless and efficient service, responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring our services to meet their needs.
