Performance Management Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Coordinator to join our team. As the main point of contact for business KPI insights and trends, you will be responsible for reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Develop Automated Reporting Solutions
  2. Conduct Business Reviews
  3. Become SME on Performance Metrics
  4. Collaborate in Developing Reference Documents or Reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
  • English Proficiency (B2)
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)
  • Smartsheet experience is a plus
  • Intermediate-Advanced Power BI/Tableau/SQL skills
  • Project Management Knowledge preferred
  • Strong professional, independent thinking skills with strength in problem solving and ability to offer constructive opinions and creative solutions
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
  • Ability to summarize and communicate important data & calculation methods
