We're seeking a highly skilled Data Management Coordinator to join our team at L.L.Bean. As a key member of our data management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from different systems and provide suggestions and conclusions based on analysis
  • Create and/or update process documentation and suggest changes to process owners
  • Validate existing documentation and coordinate efforts to implement process improvements
  • Provide training and guidance related to data management and process execution

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experience with SAP and SQL
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data management or related field
