Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing work back schedules to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Becoming an expert on marketing build tasks to support team members as needed
- Proactively offering recommendations to strengthen standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Reporting out to management team on team performance and build metrics
- Contributing first-hand experiences during retrospectives and deep dives focused on marketing build processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- 2+ years executing digital marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using analytical tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly
