**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with Digital Marketing and B2B
- 3+ years of experience managing all aspects of an inbound marketing strategy
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a similar analytics tool
- Experience working with Technology companies (highly preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for various channels
- Good understanding of SEO techniques.
- A proactive and creative person who understands local and international market trends, especially in the U.S.
- Able to work with Designers to produce high-quality graphics consistent with branding.
- Knowledge of the following platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Detail-oriented with high-quality delivery skills.
- High Level of English Fluency.
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and implement advertising campaigns to drive new business opportunities, and manage digital marketing campaigns in support of these goals.
- Create and maintain digital marketing campaigns from conception to implementation.
- Conduct market research and competitor research, and develop marketing strategies based on these findings.
- Managing fully-integrated Social Media Marketing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the high management and Business Development team to maximize marketing reach.
- Creating communications and advertorial content for blog and advertising material.
- Liaising with the web development & graphic design team for additional campaign resources.
- Creating well-researched, informative, and engaging content that communicated key service benefits.
- Help promote the company's employment branding.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture internal marketing strategies to attract and retain talent.
