**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Network Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations, network equipment, and providing technical support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage IT operations and network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and access points.

- Provide support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure.

- Function as an escalation point for incidents not resolved by the NOC.

- Escalate incidents to higher levels if no solution is found within the service level margins.

- Configure, deploy, and support all networking components.

- Manage technology providers that implement solutions.

- Manage, complete, verify, and restore backups.

- Manage platform availability and capacity.

- Manage requirements, problems, incidents, and data environments.

- Write and keep updated the technical documentation of the network environment.

- Comply with Service Level Agreements for resolution and/or escalation of cases.

**Requirements:**

- Fluent in English (High Proficiency level required).

- CCNA modules completed.

- Knowledge of Cisco OS, network management, and monitoring (required).

- Knowledge of routing and switching.

- Experience with LAN and WAN.

- Knowledge in Cisco Collaboration technologies (IP phone).

- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Nagios.

- Basic knowledge of information security and Windows server technologies.

- ITIL Foundations (desirable).

- Experience with Ticketing systems (desirable).

- Able to work under pressure.

- Schedule Flexibility.
