IT Infrastructure Technician

Svg Global is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our computer systems and hardware.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Validating server hardware functionality
  • Installing and removing hardware components at a component level
  • Managing server hardware inventory within our system of record

You will also be responsible for shipping and receiving duties. A strong understanding of Windows operating systems and firmware programming is required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent AND a technical degree in electrical, electronic, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting engineering activities in the electronics industry
  • Intermediate English language skills

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about IT infrastructure, we encourage you to apply.
