In partnership with the Supply Chain Make Business Technology Leaders and the Product Line partners, the IT Site Leader will drive the Make technology product roadmap and portfolio and investment strategy, aligned to Business Segment and IT strategy.

Key responsibilities include: E2E (End to End) Operational Make TS MLL Technology Ownership – IT Products & Processes * Single point of contact for leading operational site support in collaboration with accountable TS Service Owners and Make Product Line Owners including applications, platform and local infrastructure (incl.
Network, Printers, Scanners, RF Guns, Storage, Local Data Centers, Qualified PCs) * Primary partner for overall accountability of sites reliability and stability across the technology ecosystem * Proactive monitoring and alert management for end-to-end site reliability, provide regular service health performance metrics.
* Reliability – Root Cause Analysis, SLA management, Incident management, Mean-Time-To-Resolution; trending & insights * Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the infrastructure and software development lifecycle applying Agile methodologies and tools * Audit/Quality/Compliance support * Detailed knowledge of operational technology costs * Overall Distribution Center Technology Product relevant metric accountability * Develop / Maintain System architecture diagrams * Accountable for site implementation of IT Cybersecurity/TLM strategy roadmap * Partnership with Engineering / Automation on L2 integration * Observability for TS services Business Relationship Management Represent IT with key site Supply Chain team members.
Partners with the business functions to deliver the required services while ensuring reliable, standard, and secure environment.
* Possesses in depth knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies, driven environment, functional processes, and interpersonal dynamics.
* Enable Site strategy and addresses customer feedback * Key TS contact for the business and technology team members * Communicates effectively and proactively with Site LT/teams & cross -functional teams.
* Collaborates Across IT Service Groups – TS, PLs, Segment / Deliver BTLs, RD&E, ISRM to drive outcomes * Ensures that SLAs are accurately defined, aligned, and met * Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site in both technology and process capabilities Portfolio Ensure efficient and effective delivery of the capabilities that build business value in an agile way; and is aligned with segment, IT, and enterprise imperatives.
* Accountability for the delivery of Infrastructure Services and Application and Platform Build (Development) and Run (Support) services and cost optimization in alignment with Segment strategy * Responsible for delivery of technology capabilities for the site.
Drives Speed to Value and Agile adoption.
* Responsible for establishing a cadence of updates on the progress to the site business teams.
* IT partnership to ensure appropriate resourcing to deliver on time/budget.
* Partner with Product Line Owner team and Make BTLs to propose LRFP and BP entries aligned Make portfolio Experience and Education * Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science or similar is required * Minimum of 7+ years of experience and confirmed leadership in Technology * Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in the Make and manufacturing areas is preferred * Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry is preferred * Experience in advanced, end-to-end supply chain and emerging information technologies is preferred * Experience in lean, six sigma, and business process mapping is preferred * Deep understanding of business drivers/processes and experience to relate priorities to associated technology investments is required * Experience working across multiple levels of an organization, knowledge of trends (e.g., digital, data & analytics) is required * Must have the experience to build context around key business drivers and strategic plan and present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language * Shown ability to construct a case and track benefits realization * Proven track record of delivering operational efficiencies and financial commitments.
* A solid grasp of product development lifecycle, knowledge of healthcare, compliance, business theory, management, budgeting and business office operations are all highly preferred.
