Tec Talent is seeking a seasoned M&A Legal Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in advising clients on real estate and corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze complex transactions to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Provide expert advice on contract negotiation and drafting, ensuring that all agreements are fair and beneficial to our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
- A J.D. degree in law and significant experience in corporate and real estate law.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills, combined with strong conceptual and research abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Natural leadership qualities, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and excellent communication skills.
- English language proficiency (written and oral).
