- Team Facilitation: Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to foster open communication and collaboration.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Counsel team members in Agile frameworks, best practices, and methodologies to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles that hinder project progress, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, adhering to Paragon Global's high standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Familiarity with software development.
- Exceptional knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
- Good understanding of other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
