Job Summary

As a Strategic Finance Leader at Marriott International, Inc, you will be responsible for driving the financial strategy and direction of our property. This role requires a strong finance professional with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

We are seeking an individual with excellent leadership skills to lead our accounting teams and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding goals.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; 4 years experience in finance or accounting or related field
  • Mastery of financial software, including Excel and financial planning tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
