Job Description
This role involves working with a global team of proposal experts to develop compelling proposals that support the ServiceNow sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams in the development of proposals
- Coordinate and produce proposals & responses to customer requests (RFI, RFQ, ITT, RFP, etc.)
- Drive the proposal process and lead critical milestones ensuring all deadlines are met as well as coordinating reviews with key stakeholders providing final quality assurance and adherence to corporate and legal compliance
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish for written and oral communication
- 5+ years of experience building proposals
- 3+ years of experience managing projects
