**What You'll Do**:

You will be a quota-carrying, pre-sales engineer responsible for designing each solution for Office 365 customers, including hardware, software, and services models. You must be accountable for the funnel vs pipeline ratio and the pipeline vs forecast ratio as well. You will also be an excellent partner for account managers and a trusted advisor for both AMs and end customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Your main tasks will focus on designing, quoting, and closing deals along with account managers. Strong internal pipeline management and forecast management are essential. You will also participate in marketing activities and prepare materials for these events.

**Experience Required:**

We're looking for electronic engineers or telecommunications engineers with experience in voice networks, projects, and services. Your background should include presales activities, designing and positioning voice solutions for customers, and experience working with vendors like Cisco, Avaya, Siemens, or their partners. Field implementation experience is highly appreciated, and you should have worked in managed services, preferably with ITIL v3.0 or COBIT certification. Experience in data networking and video conference networks is also desirable.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

You should have expertise in telecommunications, telephony, voice, contact centers, video conferencing, and cloud solutions from brands like Avaya, Cisco, Siemens, Alcatel, etc. Multi-brand experience is highly valued. You should also possess excellent presentation skills, teamwork abilities, interpersonal relationships, and a sales-oriented mindset.

**Working Experience:**

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

**Languages:**

We require proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
