Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager Junior to join our Commercial OPS SIR SZ team in San José, Costa Rica. In this role, you will support the actions of marketing and be part of the Brand Team that designs the strategic plan of Marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and manage products throughout their life cycle;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product plans that align with business objectives;
- Providing input into budget planning and forecasting processes;
- Maintaining accurate product information and updating records as needed;
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives;
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and proposing solutions;
- Leveraging expertise in disease management and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies;
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
- Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry;
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working on Agile teams is highly desirable.
