Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Collections Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and investigating credit items.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate unscripted calls to resolve customer queries
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Investigate credit items and reconcile accounts
  • Provide detailed explanations to customers
  • Support internal adjustment process
  • Maintain customer records in internal systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B collections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SAP advantageous
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
