Cash Application Expert Wanted:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Application Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cash application processes to ensure timely and accurate cash collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cash application processes to ensure timely and accurate cash collection
  • Support the migration of O2C processes from countries throughout the Americas to San Jose, Costa Rica
  • Prepare O2C related process documentation, including process maps and work instructions
  • Perform cash collection processing, including sending reminders and communicating with customers
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and monitor customer account details for non-payments and delayed payments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries or business units
  • University graduate; no experience required
  • Diversified industrial products/manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Prior experience in finance and accounting functions in a shared services environment
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with multiple levels of personnel
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Experience with ERPs as a plus
