As a Technical Advisory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of customer support at Microsoft. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with internal teams to identify and address areas for improvement in our support processes, and collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
Your Key Responsibilities- Drive business outcomes by identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our support processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and develop solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 4+ years in system development, network operations, or software engineering.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
