**Job Overview**

As a Sushi Chef at Marriott International, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking, and serving food to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

**Responsibilities**

  • Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Monitor food quality while preparing food
  • Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacle

**Requirements**

  • Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
