Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire training programs and support all ongoing training initiatives for multiple client processes.
- Develop and implement learning curriculum consistent with current trends and best practices.
- Streamline, consolidate and standardize learning and development processes where possible.
- Track and analyze learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques.
- Work actively with clients and management teams to ensure effective implementation and communication of all training strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a knowledge base with all training material.
- Create and deliver a positive, fun, rewarding and respectful classroom training environment.
Personal Competencies:
- Ability to be self-motivated, self-directed and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytic thinking and pragmatic approach to deal with requests.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client processes.

Technical Competencies:
Academic: Advanced student in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Training and/or Learning Development roles in corporate environments.
Language Skills: English-Spanish language proficiency (oral and writing 90% or higher).
Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of human resources processes and HR systems; experience on Case Management Systems; Instructional Design and industry standard training models; effective facilitation and classroom management skills; intermediate office knowledge (Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel); LMS, eLearning Content Creation, Microlearning knowledge.
