The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Business Services Team Leader to join our team. This person will be responsible for coordinating a Finance Team, meeting deadlines, owning and monitoring the team's 'Monthly Scorecard', analyzing balance sheet accounts of assigned clients, promoting continuous improvements and standardization of processes, developing team capabilities, and providing financial support to assigned clients and those of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a Finance Team
  • Meet deadlines and own the team's 'Monthly Scorecard'
  • Monitor spending and allocation in accounting accounts
  • Analyze balance sheet accounts of assigned clients
  • Promote continuous improvements and standardization of processes
  • Develop team capabilities
  • Provide financial support to assigned clients and those of the team
  • Comprehensive report on customer operations by country
  • Tax Analysis
  • Request and follow up on customer billing
  • Accounting reconciliation and corporate monthly closing
  • Support in transitions of new clients
  • Onboarding of New Clients
  • P&L analysis of assigned clients and team

Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a corporate environment, including P&L and balance sheet analysis, accounting reconciliation, and monthly closing.
