About the Job
This role is a critical part of our Employee Relations team, providing support and guidance to managers and employees across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will maintain the Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) tracker, administer internal policies and procedures, and partner with Global Employment Law team to provide HR policy, process, and program coaching to employees and managers, when appropriate.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) tracker; create cases and provide thorough and accurate notes on case details
- Administer internal policies and procedures; conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal SOPs
- Partner with Global Employment Law team to provide HR policy, process, and program coaching to employees and managers, when appropriate
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and deliver training materials and programs
- Play an active role in standardizing processes for the Employee Relations team by utilizing ServiceNow platform and exploring Gen AI capabilities
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct client-facing experience in a Human Resources role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an equitable and inclusive working environment
- Experience with an HR ticketing system, ServiceNow platform expertise highly desired; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; proficiency navigating through HRIS systems
