We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Position to join our Straumann Group team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing one local Providers Services Team to deliver superior Provider Services. This includes achieving the team's key performance metrics to align with company objectives, training and developing team members through goal setting, coaching, and mentoring, and driving change and contributing to the continuous improvement of Provider Services policies and programs.
As a Supervisor of Provider Services Department, you will act as liaison between Provider Services and other internal departments to ensure the best customer experience and compliance with FDA regulations. You will also be responsible for planning and assigning tasks, monitoring workflow in the day-to-day operation, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Provider Services Staff
- Evaluate and improve Provider Services processes
- Train and develop staff members on process and procedures within department
- Conduct regular staff meetings and analyze reports/statistics to identify trends for optimal service level achievement
