We facilitate transactions in 18 currencies for customers in over 27 countries, specializing in payment and credit management for B2B companies globally. Our goal is to set the stage for omni-channel B2B payments by extending terms, handling invoicing, and managing collections.

As a key member of our team, you will establish strong relationships with business customers to resolve outstanding receivable issues. Your daily tasks will include making collection calls, conducting account research, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish working relationships with customers via mail, telephone, or personal interactions
  • Interact with business customers to resolve outstanding receivable issues
  • Make daily business-to-business collection calls
  • Conduct account research and analysis
  • Prepare and maintain various reports
  • Maintain an accurate aging report
  • Identify and execute necessary account adjustments
  • Send aging details to outstanding customers
  • Track and resolve outstanding payment issues
  • Provide exceptional customer support while resolving outstanding receivables

You will also be responsible for routing escalated requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team members, recording customer interaction details in the CRM system, and meeting department metrics and Service Level Agreements.
