Job Overview
We are looking for a Trade Payments Finance Specialist to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica. This role is part of GBS Finance and is responsible for discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others. They will also assist Trade Marketing Representatives with inquiries related to the contracted retailers and align with the process Key Performance Indicators.
Main Responsibilities
- Detailed analysis of contracted accounts.
- Process documentation.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
- Ensuring that potential process improvements are standardized across the global business and ensure compliance with the standard processes and applicable policies.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- B2+ English Level.
- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related (Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Procure Pay, Payments, Disputes, Billings).
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Well-developed prioritization and time management skills whilst working under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all partners and dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a chance to work with a global top employer.
