In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic global organization with presence in three main regions: Europe, Asia, and America. The Global Integrated Services organization is currently built by 100+ people between our regular workforce and our contingent workers, with presence in 11 countries across the globe.
This role is responsible for executing specific HR business processes within the scope of Global Integrated Services (GIS). You will work closely with other members of the organization in day-to-day operations and identify ways in which GIS can improve process and customer experience while interacting with an end-to-end mindset and global environment.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Executing complex HR data transactions
- Proactively monitoring and following up with the manager and/or Business Analyst any changes to volume, complexity, cadence, etc.
- Leading root cause analysis, containment, recommendations, and resolution of quality issues
- Collaborating with process Integrators by providing data, background, etc., in case an investigation is open for the respective process/area
- Providing an excellent service within the goals and standards defined by the area
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative positions
- Intermediate knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Advanced English level
- A permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
