The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing operational (non-construction) projects of all sizes, both locally and globally. This includes complex, cross-functional projects requiring alignment from all GREF regions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing local and global projects, ideally in real estate and facilities where deliverables impact customers, operational teams, and processes.

A key aspect of this role is developing strategic plans with project sponsors, challenging outcomes, and proposing deliverables to ensure fit-for-purpose and scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will also provide regular detailed reporting on project status, highlighting critical milestones, risks with impact, mitigations, bottlenecks, and blockers.
