We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Analyst to support our Finance organization in the BSR function. The successful candidate will have experience in Purchase to Pay Operations and strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will lead calls and communication with internal and external users to resolve outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies. They will also perform SOX controls and internal controls, maintain process documentation and metrics, and support other teams and processes within AP if required.
Key responsibilities include understanding accounts payable accounting flows to investigate, analyse and report variances in the Balance sheet reconciliations and Supply Chain Finance platform; resolving outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define correct actions plans on the markets assigned; and maintaining knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communications skills with different areas and customers. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be a self-starter who requires minimal direction and support.
